The contents of our website may also comprise contents and services provided by other suppliers that complement our product range. An example of such an offer are Google maps, YouTube videos or graphics by third parties. Scope of processing

Third country transfer
Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA and there is no level of data protection corresponding to the European standard, we have concluded EU standard contractual clauses with the service provider to establish an appropriate level of data protection. The parent company of Google Ireland, Google LLC, is based in California, USA. A transfer of data to the USA and access by US authorities to the data stored by Google cannot be ruled out. The legal basis for a transfer of data to the USA is the new adequacy decision, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which has been in force since 10 July 2023.

Storage period
The data sent by us and linked to cookies are automatically deleted after 2 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached takes place automatically once a month.

Legal basis
The legal basis for this data processing is your consent in accordance with § 6 sentence 2 DSG-EKD (EKD Data Protection Act).

Revocation
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by calling up the cookie settings and changing your selection there. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in a buffer memory of the website user’s internet browser. Cookies enable the recognition of an internet browser. The data that has been gathered by the Matomo technology (including your pseudo IP address) is processed on our servers.
